query: why do i get an “cannot connect before register (sic) a network”/ “this computer has not been connected to globe” flag?

I AM A NEW USER OF YOUR GLOBE TATTOO STICK. I GOT A CONNECTION THE FIRST TIME I PLUGGED THE STICK INTO MY LAPTOP, AND THEN ONLY GET THE ERROR FLAG EVERY TIME AFTERWARDS. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER A NETWORK? HOW IS THIS DONE? WOULD APPRECIATE HELP.

This is an excellent article reducing the objections of context-free fundamentalists to absurdity. However, you might want to check the context of your first reference. Luke 1:15 refers to John the Baptist, the last Nazirite. (Maybe your are intentionally mis-applying it to Jesus as a joke.)
